OverviewDecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team supporting the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) for the Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-1.This position is on-site at either The Pentagon or our Reston Corporate Office.Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, direction, control, and coordination necessary to operate and maintain the PEDSS.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements and Army manpower management processes.
• Supervise contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
• Provide technical leadership in database management, automated project management, system analysis and design.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system operations.
• Collaborate with Army stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and transition planning for system modernization.Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields:
    • Computer Science, Operations Research/Systems Analysis, Information Management Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
    • Minimum of 8 years experience managing IT projects, including:
      • Project cost, schedule, and performance oversight
      • Deep understanding of Army manpower management and force development processes
      • Experience with database management systems and system analysis & designDesired Qualifications
        • Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline is acceptable if supplemented by an additional two years of experience for each year of graduate education
        • Experience coordinating all facets of a major project, including technical documentation development
        • Familiarity with Army authorization documentation processes (PMAD, UAD, NOF)
