The Opportunity:At Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA), our

cultural foundation of your campus-coaching teachers in real time,
analyzing data to drive results, and ensuring every scholar is

- 10% increase in Math proficiency
- 10% increase in ELA proficiency
- 90% Staff Retention
- 95% Average Daily Attendance

- 80% or higher stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:
- Current Administrators License
- Proven success as an instructional leader
- Experience in turnaround work
- Entrepreneurial, positive problem solver with the ability to
see opportunity in challenges
- Clear judgment, a mature interpersonal style, and the ability
to drive collaborative decision-making processes.The Campus:Hope
Community PCS - Tolson is a public charter school in Washington,
D.C. that was founded in 2006 and recently joined the PLA network
in 2022. We serve about 250 scholars from PK - 8th grade with a
school population that is reflective of the strength and diversity
of the community in which we are privileged to serve. We pride
ourselves on our STEAM-focused learning that results in scholars
taking risks, engaging in learning, and having ownership of their
education. Our vision is centered on having a growth mindset to
encourage our scholars to develop their immense potential and
continue to be active contributors to their communities. We believe

than they thought possible.Compensation and benefits:PLA School
Leaders receive a base salary that is competitively aligned to the
market. In addition to a base salary, PLA School Leaders receive:
- Competitive Compensation including a salary range from
$140,000- $200,000 annually
- Benefits - Healthcare, vision, and dental insurance
- Monthly professional development opportunities, including
participation in our annual Leader Institute
- Opportunities to collaborate and brainstorm with other School
Leaders in the network
