Job Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team and support our federal customer in Washington, DC. The Scrum Master will use Azure DevOps Boards and related tools to help facilitate agile processes. The work is to be performed onsite in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
---Conduct and schedule all SCRUM ceremonies and schedule all agile-related meetings.
---Train team members as needed on agile processes, methods, and tasks.
---Maintain the backlogs for various projects and facilitate backlog grooming.
---Maintain agile artifacts in Azure DevOps and ensure that all tracking is current.
---Track progress towards project delivery goals and provide leadership with high-level summaries of project progress.
Experience:
---Minimum 5 years experience managing SCRUM ceremonies for enterprise engineering teams.
---Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar planning and tracking tools supporting an agile workflow.
---Experience training teams and individuals in agile processes and best practices.
---Ability to collaborate with a team to define project scope, team processes, and technical solutions and prioritize work with competing priorities.
---Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
---Previous experience working on federal programs is preferred.Education Requirements:
---Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.Clearance and Citizenship Requirements:
---Ability to attain and retain a Public Trust Clearance.
---U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal government program.
