OverviewAcuity, Inc. seeks dynamic, self-motivated individuals
with experience as a Project Manager. We are looking for a Project
Manager that can work closely with customers and be a liaison with
the team. You will be working with a wonderful team of experienced
Project Managers and System Engineers. This position will be
located in Springfield, VA and requires 2-3 days onsite due to the
classified nature of the project. This fully funded position

Modernization, Data Enablement, and
Hyperautomation.Responsibilities
- Helps manage project change and configuration processes by
managing change requests, reviewing open issues, updating
configuration baselines, and communicating essential information to
the project team and stakeholders.
- Assists in the successful execution of the program testing
process and testing activities.
- Assists with the management and optimization of service
delivery processes and service agreements and analyzes IT operation
metrics for problems and opportunities.
- Helps establish IT project plans including project purpose,
objectives, technical approach, and schedules.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of program documentation
including Standard Operating Procedures, Test Plans, Reference
Guides, Training Guides, etc.
- Supports administration of SharePoint and the program's
document repository.
- Supports team travel and logistics (as required).
- Supports equipment inventory and shipping needs (as
required).QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or IT Management
(or equivalent related field experience).
- PMP certification required.
- 4+ years of experience in the Information Technology
field.
- 3+ years of experience in writing technical documents.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role; federal clients
preferred.
- Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring IT
program and project delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and apply new skills
and approaches, team player.
- Strong communication (written and oral), presentation,
organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume
responsibility for tasks.
- Able to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal
and client deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and innovative
thinking.Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Familiarity with MS Project and ServiceNow IT Service
Management (ITSM).Clearance Requirement:
- Active Secret or Top-Secret government security clearance or
the ability to get an Interim Secret clearance in a short period of
time. Offers will be contingent based on Interim Clearance
