Opportunity:As a Scrum Master, you're passionate about outcomes and
supporting a development team that's modernizing and creating
efficiency in critical projects. You know the importance of Agile
best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done.
We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that'll support
our warfighters.On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge
to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the
project is successfully progressed. You'll apply scrum principles
and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like
ServiceNow or Azure DevOps, you'll strengthen sustainable process
improvements to help your team accomplish Program Increment
Objectives and Features. In this role, you'll directly impact the
Naval environment by working alongside our clients to deliver
impactful solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your experience
in IT project management and Agile project management while
developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that
will ensure success for the delivery of services in support of the

Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving as a servant
leader, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, removing team
impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
collaboration
- Experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams
and providing tasking and prioritization
- Experience in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow or Azure
DevOps
- Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles
- Ability to perform Scrum duties including backlog grooming,
sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, program
increment (PI) planning
- Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining and
executing against product backlogs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master
(CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)Nice If You Have:
- Experience with performance management improvement in support
of IT governance
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and monitoring
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ITIL foundations CertificationClearance:Applicants selected

page.Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors,
including but not limited to location, the individual's particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within
