ResponsibilitiesProfessionals in software development and
engineering are responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining software solutions that meet business needs and
technical requirements. They utilize their expertise in programming
languages, software development methodologies, and engineering
principles to create robust, scalable, and maintainable software
applications. Typical responsibilities include:
- Analyzing user requirements
- Designing software architecture and system components
- Coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software code
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software
delivery aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends,
and best practices
- Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to
junior team membersYou are responsible for leading individual
projects, people, or technical/functional solutions. As an
employee, you: Work on advanced problems or assignments of large
scope, impact, and importance, applying broad and deep knowledge of
professional specialty and business dynamics. Work on assignments
in multiple business or technical areas; apply advanced concepts
and understanding of policies, procedures, and techniques. Build
and maintain effective relationships for customer service and
project support; demonstrate initiative and proactively identify
and communicate needs. Influence at the team or department level;
participate in policy and procedure development. Receive general
supervision, apply seasoned judgment autonomously.Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field
(Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research,
Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent professional or
military experience.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development
experience
- 4+ years of experience with web application, service, or back
end development
- 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and
design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of
new and current systemsDesired Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML projects in meaningful programming
languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, Scala, C++).
- Experience in an IC, military, or other Government

various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of
education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance
level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational
requirements, and applicable employment laws. The projected
compensation range for this position is based on full-time status.
For part-time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately
adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is
important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation
package.Posted Salary RangeUSD $117,800.00 - USD $184,100.00
