Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Windows Systems Administrator job position located in Rockville, MD.  Qualified candidates will have at least 4+ years of experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, but additional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.  Here are some of the job responsibilities and qualifications:
 
 
Technical Skills Required:
• Demonstrated expertise with Windows 2003/2008 Server administration
• Knowledge of SCCM 2007/2012
• Support of IIS, ASP and .NET applications
• Experience in establishing and executing processes and disciplines for workstation and server image management
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and manage, motivate and mentor junior team members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include 24x7 on call support and production maintenance windows
• DESIRED- Experience in designing and developing PowerShell, VBScript or SQL scripts
 
 
Certifications Desired:
• MCITP in Windows Server 2008
