A company is looking for a Lead Web & Marketing Graphic Designer.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-quality design solutions for marketing materials, pitch decks, and web pages
Serve as the primary design liaison for clients and conduct workshops to gather design requirements
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of design projects


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in graphic and UI/UX design with a focus on marketing and communications
Team lead or management experience
Advanced proficiency in Figma; experience with Webflow preferred
Strong knowledge of CSS and HTML
Experience with project management tools like Jira or ClickUp
