The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established consumer products manufacturing company with a strong commitment to employee development and operational excellence, has engaged us to identify a Recruiter / HR Generalist for their Hanover, PA location.

This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for recruiting both hourly and salaried positions, as well as overseeing payroll and benefits administration.

Other responsibilities include:
--- Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs to attract and retain talent.
--- Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws regarding recruitment and employment.
--- Administering payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plans, including compliance and annual audits.
--- Overseeing workplace safety and workers' compensation programs.

Qualifications include:
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
--- SHRM-CP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months) strongly preferred.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
--- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
