Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Compliance
Specialist to ensure adherence to employment and regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of existing HR practices to determine risk
profiles and recommend procedural changes
Monitor and analyze new and amended employment laws, proposing
necessary modifications to HR procedures
Develop compliance resources and conduct audits to ensure adherence
to federal, state, and local regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Five or more years of experience in human resources
Thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws and
regulations
Proven ability to research and interpret employment laws and
regulatory changes
Experience supporting organizational compliance with employment
laws and regulations (preferred)
