Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Operational Reporting Analyst to
support workforce operational reporting and data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of report functionality within third-party
HR systems
Execute weekly data audits in support of SOX controls governing
workforce data processes
Create documentation and standard operating procedures for
reporting and data audits
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience with MSFT Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups,
etc.)
1-5 years of experience with WorkDay
BA/BS degree
Experience with HCM systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Applicant
Tracking Systems
1+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role,
consulting, finance, or HR operations
