Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Associate 1 to
serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, route, resolve, and close HR inquiries while collaborating
with appropriate teams
Assist employees and managers with navigating HR systems and
self-service portals
Perform data entry and fulfill employment verification requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Less than 1 year of experience in a relevant role
Prior call center experience required
Experience with CRM systems is necessary
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft O365
applications is desirable
