doing... In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with
partners from IT, HRIS, and the Functional teams. You will be
assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of our ticketing system,
change management activities, sprint planning, and audit/compliance
requests.
- Conducting daily audits of Workday system changes against
approved Jira tickets.
- Providing support with audit requests from Internal Risk as
they arise.
- Managing the data integrity in the Jira ticketing system, as
well as responding to and resolving IT, HRIS, and functional user
questions.
- Reviewing documentation in Jira tickets for approval to migrate
to production.
- Providing support in hosting weekly sprint planning and
migration calls.
- Providing support in maintaining Workday tenant refresh
requests and communications.
- Assisting with bi-annual Workday release planning.
- Partnering proactively with IT, HRIS, and functional teams
resulting in awareness of their plans, priorities, and
progress.
- Supporting other projects as assigned. This role may on
occasion include some night and weekend shifts. What we're looking
for... You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Two or more years of Workday experience.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time. Even
better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Audit and SOX compliance experience.
- The ability to handle multiple high-priority
requests/tasks.
- The ability to think critically and make knowledgeable
decisions.
- Project management experience.
- The ability to work independently with limited direction.
- The ability to communicate with people of all professional

home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for
some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii,
Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington,
D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is
between $67,000.00 and $135,000.00 annually based on a full-time
schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and
confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive
based position with the potential to earn more. For part time
roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your
hours.
