Job Description:
Team Trainer supports new member onboarding and team development
by delivering quality training and maintaining a positive image.
Key responsibilities include coordinating training, facilitating
team discussions, and maintaining accurate training records. A
successful Team Trainer is comfortable communicating with small and
large groups, has general computer skills, and is able to work in a
fast-paced environment. They must be able to lift 50 pounds and
work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
as needed. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of Whole Foods
Market experience or equivalent retail training experience.
