Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle employment for hourly and some
salaried employees to include: recruiting, compensation review,
performance management, employee relations, organizational
development, and employee coaching.
- Be accessible and consult with line management and provide
daily HR guidance. This includes serving as on-site point of
contact and support for employee benefits, HRIS questions as well
as employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
- Conduct and coordinate new hire orientations (process includes
preparation for new hire - offer letter, schedule coordination with
manager, and conducting new hire presentation/training and follow
up).
- Support facility needs and projects as needed. This includes
applying an understanding of client's business strategy and its
talent to help leaders identify, diagnose, and address
organizational gaps.
- Provide strong client experience for employees. This includes
working closely with management and employees to improve employee
engagement and work relationships, participating on projects/events
to build morale and increase productivity and retention.Position
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR,
preferably supporting hourly employees in a production environment
(subject to a collective bargaining agreement).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate's
Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work
experience preferred.
- Strongly preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish, to include
comprehension, reading, and writing in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook,
Excel, and Word.
- Must be able to stand or sit and perform work at a computer for
extended periods; must be able to bend, lift and carry up to 45
pounds on occasion.
- This is a hybrid role that requires occasional schedule
flexibility to meet business or events needs as well as the ability
to travel to multiple sites within the Paterson/Mattawa, WA
area.
- Strong communication skills with varied audiences to include
written, verbal, and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal engagement and collaboration skills,
successfully building and managing relationships to influence and
work effectively with individuals at all levels in the
company.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate
conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or
certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.Your
Compensation:$60,951 - $85,162/yr. based upon relevant experience.
