Job Description:
OVERVIEW
Georgetown, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Customer
Service Representative. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues

Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a

allows us to offer national resources combined with local
service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Check policies, endorsements and audits
* Issue certificates of insurance
* Order MVR reports, FR-19s and update driver information
* Request policy endorsements from the insurance carriers
* Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and
thoroughly responding to the clients' needs and requests
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma
* 1+ years of commercial lines account management, preferred.
* Property & Casualty License Required

Hourly range is $25 to $33 per hour.
