Responsibilities:
- Guide your team of five with a strong focus on consistently
meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and
effectively, prioritizing efficient and timely solutions.
- Embrace a growth mindset daily to enhance team efficiency and
morale, driving higher customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage your team's performance, training, and
development needs to ensure they are set up for success in their
roles.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to
achieve seamless operations.About You
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisor or team
leader role in a contact centre, call centre or similar
environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team and positively influence
achievement of customer service targets/KPI's.
- Results driven with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation
skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and
verbal.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and
