You will lead and manage a portfolio of research and evaluation projects on a priority theme, ensuring its success and impact on CQC's direction and decisions.The work you lead will inform CQC's strategic direction and the development of CQC's approach to regulation. You will join a talented research and evaluation team and build and maintain internal and external relationships at all levels to ensure evidence-based decisions and help accelerate improvements in health and care. You will help ensure the organisation is open, transparent and supports a culture of learning - always being informed by the latest research and evidence.What you will bring---Within your support statement, you should demonstrate your knowledge of evaluation approaches and experience of undertaking research using a range of quantitative and qualitative methods. You should evidence your experience of leading and managing several research or evaluation projects at once. You should demonstrate a proven ability to proactively manage and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, highly developed communication skills, and an ability to ensure research and evaluation have an impact in a high-profile complex environment.What we can offer you...Your health and wellbeing are important to us and are supported through our benefits scheme:
