  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email.
  • Provide financial solutions for our loyal customers.
  • Maintaining client and contact register utilising internal software systems.
  • Have an understanding of and working towards individual targets.
  • Offer friendly and compassionate service to our valuable customers.About you
    • You will be a quick learner with the ability to solve complex problems.
    • Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
    • An unwavering passion for customer service.
    • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
