Job Description:

A Co-Manager role with Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. seeks to surpass career goals, develop strong teams, and create a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, merchandising, and mentoring team members.

Provide operational leadership within assigned locations.
Enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout assigned areas.
Lead and mentor new and existing team members for success. Requirements include previous retail management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to relocate for promotion.
