Executive Chef sought for award-winning team with passion for great food, teamwork, and culinary experience. Strong hospitality background and proven track record of success to drive innovative Signature Menu Dining Programs.Compensation: $85,000.00/year commensurate with experienceBenefits:

  • Ensure efficiency and quality of food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation
  • Supervise and implement core menus and recipe management system
  • Maintain kitchen/equipment sanitation and compliance with regulations
  • Partners with Unit Manager to resolve food production and presentation issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetingsRequirements:
    • Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience
    • Fine dining experience a plus
    • Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
