We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts and operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for staff support and development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain all company and legal practices and standards, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of comparable restaurant manager experience, or mature candidates with other front-of-house experience looking to take the next step into management.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for guest service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
