The Charge Nurse Neuroscience Unit will lead a dynamic team of professionals and work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. The Charge Nurse Neuroscience will direct the activities of the patient care team for pediatric neurology/neurosurgery patient population. In collaboration with department leadership, will participate in planning, managing and evaluating unit based clinical care and ensuring that continuity of care is maintained. The Charge Nurse Neuroscience Unit will contribute to Magnet re-designation, participate in department professional activities and help to identify opportunities to improve clinical and administrative processes.
