They assess, monitor, and treat patients with acute medical conditions and injuries, ensuring prompt and effective care in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. The ER Nurse works closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compassion. \n Key Responsibilities : \n\n

    • Triage patients based on the severity of their condition and prioritize care accordingly. \n
    • Perform thorough physical assessments and obtain detailed medical histories from patients. \n
    • Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient status, identifying changes and responding appropriately. \n \n \n

        • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by the physician. \n
        • Provide wound care, assist with procedures, and manage trauma or critical care patients. \n
