Position Summary

Work you'll do -
Conduct reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirementsInteract with healthcare professionals to provide report-specific feedback and assist in resolving discrepanciesFollow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding of personally identifiable information / personal health informationConsistently meet individual productivity and quality goalsCollaborating and assisting with training/mentoring/coaching of QA Team membersSupervise a team of 15-20 QA team membersTrack throughput, attendance, and quality of direct reports and provide detailed feedback and coaching

Qualifications
Required:
1 year DBQ Review experience -Experience as a mentor, lead or trainer -Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 2 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 4 years of experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future -
Preferred Qualifications
MDEO (medical disability examination office) vendor experienceExperience conducting reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirementsUnderstanding of Medical TerminologyMedical Benefit experienceMedical License (LVN, RN, etc.)
