Job Description - COE Lead- Vascular and Cardiac COE
(25000061)DescriptionResponsible for leading projects and
operational activities within a Center of Excellence. Coordinates
status reports and participates on teams, working with center staff
(management and other leaders) and stakeholders to ensure that
goals are clearly defined and achieved. May assign work to team
members to ensure timely completion of project milestones and
deliverables. Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with
center leadership as appropriate. Identifies and escalates issues
following departmental guidelines.QualificationsMinimum
EducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Minimum Work Experience3 years
(Required) or1 year relevant work experience with Master's degree
(Preferred)Functional AccountabilitiesCenter Liaison
- Leads various projects within a center as the primary point
person.
- Serves as the liaison between the center and other
internal/external stakeholders as needed.
- Communicates barriers, challenges, and any other issues to
center leadership that affect operations and project progress.
- Manages a complex portfolio of center growth and space redesign
programs and projects.
- Oversees administrative projects and tasks across the center
from inception to execution.
- Manages center-wide contract development and processing.
- Creates center-wide ad hoc reports and monthly
financial/productivity reports.Budget and Financial Management
- May be responsible for appropriate use of funds and
resources.
- Prepares documentation and projections to support new programs
and the budget planning process.
- Monitors monthly performance reports and budget variances and
resolves discrepancies as needed.Safety

or performance.
- Continuously validates and verifies information for decision
making or documentation.
- Stops in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the
