OBGYN Medical Director opening - York, PA Located 27m to Lancaster, 52m to BaltimoreH1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- The OBGYN Medical Director will work closely with Womens leadership team to grow obstetrics and gynecology practice in York- Assist with recruiting and managing physician and advanced practice provider team- Strong team and with compliment of midwives and advanced practice providers - Full-scope OBGYN practice providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients- Attractive call schedules - Average 500-600 deliveries and growing- Level ll NICU - Newly equipped private LDRP rooms in brand new hospital (opened August 2019)- Two practice locations within few minutes drive to hospital- Full specialty support including MFM, reproductive medicine, uro-gynecology, gynecologic oncology and robust womens programs- Additional support and resources Compensation/Benefits: - Competitive salary- Sign-on bonus- Health, life, and disability insurance- Medical malpractice insurance- Defined contribution plan; 403(b) plan with employer match- Professional dues and CME time- Paid time off and paid holidays
