The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Aquatics department, which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of aquatics programming and overall branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach.Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Aquatics department.
• Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Focus on the growth of aquatics programming and branch membership.
• Enhance community impact and organizational reach.Qualifications:Candidates must have at least two years of aquatics management experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to successfully create and run programs and build relationships with members and staff. Attention to detail and leadership skills are essential in this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Applicants must also have current CPR-Pro, AED, First Aid, O2, and YMCA/Red Cross/Ellis lifeguard certifications. YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification and experience are preferred. Trainer-level and water fitness certifications are desired, but not required.
