• Lead and Inspire - Oversee daily office functions, ensuring excellence in patient care and employee engagement.
• Drive Growth & Quality - Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs to support office expansion and client satisfaction.
• Build Community Partnerships - Network with referral sources, patients, and families to strengthen BAYADA's presence in the area.
• Foster a Positive Culture - Cultivate an environment where both clinicians and patients feel valued and supported. What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed RN in Virginia.
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in home health.
  • Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top nursing talent.
  • Experience in marketing, referral development, or business operations is a plus.
