Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, PDL Strategy to develop and implement strategies for Prescription Drug Lists.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive development of Prescription Drug Lists (PDLs) and coverage strategies to achieve affordability and savings targets
Collaborate with analytic teams to assess utilization patterns and evaluate the financial impact of coverage strategies
Represent PDL strategies to stakeholders, providing rationale and expected impacts of changes

Required Qualifications:

PharmD from an accredited college or university
Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license
Experience in managed care pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, or the pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytic background with experience in financial impact analysis
Proven intermediate MS Office Excel skills
