Title: CIAM Delivery Manager

Location: Vienna, VA (REMOTE)
Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Compensation: $65.00 - $77.00/hr
Work Requirements: USC, GC or Authorized to work in US

People Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors. Manages performance by setting clear goals and expectations. Recognizes outstanding performance, builds strong relationships with team members and departments. Ensures team compliance with policies, security and training.Project Management:

Manage project plans, timelines and leads change management in a SAFe agile environment. Manage the delivery of new features, enhancements, and software releases.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Track project performance and generate reports and applies agile disciplines to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain regular communication and clear reporting with senior and executive stakeholders.Technical Release Management: Expert in software development life cycle. Manages best practices for development and deployment process of an Azure DevSecOps environment. Responsible for managing and coordinating the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely releases of software. Works with engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications. Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within various portfolios across different teams and projects. Constructs a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases.Notes: This person NEEDS to have DevSecOps experience: Managing pipelines, using ADO, Code Merging, Planning integrations, pipeline management (on the procedural side)
They don't need to build the stuff, just need to make sure people arent `stepping on each others toes`. For example: During SDLC you build it in one environemnt, and then in another environment, etc. etc. There are 13 different people buidling and someone needs to rope everyone in and say `in this sprint, what are we trying to accomplish?` and try and organize them so they don't erase each other's code.
