Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develops high-quality, integrated, cross-functional plans aligned
with the overall program strategy
Ensures cross-functional alignment and accountability while driving
the completion of annual goals
Facilitates resource planning and conducts risk management and
scenario planning
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or
Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with
12 years of relevant experience
Drug development experience, particularly in core drug development
and commercialization functions
Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related
environment
Emotional intelligence skills, including the ability to influence
without authority
Experience using project management tools and methodologies related
to the Biopharmaceutical Industry
