Job Description:

Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support domestic and international accounting operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, performing variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of both domestic and international accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Oversee and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
--- Perform variance analysis, investigating and explaining fluctuations in financial results.
--- Ensure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards.
--- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts for both domestic and international entities.
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational decisions.
--- Assist with tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
--- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
--- CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
--- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including experience with NetSuite.
--- Strong knowledge of domestic and international accounting practices.
--- Experience with financial close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
--- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
