  • Defence / marine industry exposureAbout the roleEmbedded within our Regional Maintenance Provider - West (RMP-W) program and reporting to the Senior Manager - Commercial - Marine, you will own and deliver the complexities of managing contract compliance, business governance, risk management and mitigation and continue to foster strong strategic relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.Based in Henderson, WA you will play a crucial and key role in coordinating and maintaining a successful and trusted relationship with our customer.About youYour specialist skillset will enable you to provide commercial support to the RMP-W Program and other corporate functions within the business to maximise commercial outcomes for the Program. You will have the tenacity and drive to develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, increase commercial awareness across the Program, monitor performance, and develop initiatives to improve process, policies and service levels.You will drive the program's contract objectives and consistently act as an expert in your field; whilst upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.To be successful you will bring:
    • Current or past reinstatable Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance
    • Bachelor Degree in either Business, Commerce, Law, Finance or similar
    • Significant senior experience within a legal or commercial related role
    • Working knowledge of Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON)
