Job Description:

Our client, an industry leading tech company, is hiring an experienced IAM Project Manager with NERC CIP certification to join the team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading identity and access management projects, ensuring compliance with NERC CIP standards and secure access for critical infrastructure.Responsibilities

Manage IAM projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance with NERC CIP.
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams.
Ensure risk management and NERC CIP audit readiness.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure secure IAM integration.
Document projects and provide compliance reports.Skillset
- 5+ years of IT/security project management experience.
- Proven IAM project experience.
- NERC CIP certification required.
- Familiarity with IAM solutions (Okta, SailPoint, etc.).
- PMP certification is nice to have.
