Shield AI on and In this role, you will work closely with the CTO
and the Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations for Hivemind to
translate the business unit strategic vision to actionable
work/tasks, define the business metrics, and support on
operational/customer capture initiatives to improve how the
Hivemind (software and solutions engineering) achieves their
objectives.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strategy Development and Alignment - Support the CTO and Sr.
Director of Strategy and Operations with developing, driving, and
communicating Hivemind strategy.
- Collaborate with the VP of Product and VP of Solutions to
translate this strategy into tactical plans and roadmaps.
- Evaluate strategic investments and initiatives that achieve
Hivemind's growth objectives.
- Codify the business model into tangible documents and excel
models to inform and align the rest of the organization.
- Customer Capture Support - Redefine the customer capture
process and aid in the capture of strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the business development team to map out the
customer capture process and drive changes to improve
outcomes.
- Develop materials to aid in capture of specific strategic
customers.
- Operational Excellence - Support the CTO in managing the
Hivemind business operations.
- Define and track business metrics.
- Support VPs in executing cross-functional work products (e.g.,
Product Roadmaps).
- Gather, organize, and synthesize key operational data to inform
decision making.
- Create and implement operational plans; drive accountability
and follow through across key stakeholders and action
officers.
- Problem-solve specific business issues as they arise, identify
solution options, facilitate decision meetings, and drive execution
post-decision.
- Maintain a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational
needs and issues.
- Support cross-functional integration planning and execution
needs following M&A activities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience at a Defense Tech company or B2B
Technology disruptor in a Strategy & Operations capacity or as a
Chief of Staff within a fast-moving organization.
- 3-5 years at a Consulting Firm or Investment Bank focused on
the technology or Aerospace and Defense sector.
- 8+ years management and leadership experience, preferably in
operational and growth settings.
- Experience designing and driving cross-functional alignment and
performance management systems.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure to B2B Sales processes and best practices (including
Salesforce proficiency).
- High level of technical proficiency in PPTX/Excel and project
management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Jira, or equivalent).
- Ability to granularly process map, identify choke points, and
synthesize into actionable takeaways.
- MBA or advanced degree.$133,417 - $200,125 a yearTotal package
details for U.S. based positions:- Regular employee positions:
Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity.-
Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above +
temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of
employment).- Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for

influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to
skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and
