In this role, your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, planning and scheduling projects, and coordinating with our in-house team of architects and engineers.Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure high-quality and efficient work throughout the construction process.
• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including construction operations, to ensure timely completion.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with our in-house team of architects and engineers to achieve optimal results.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges promptly, utilizing excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Multi-family Construction Project Manager in the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury homes.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
