Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national
Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to
the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic
candidates and supports Democratic campaigns - both challengers and
Democratic incumbent Members - with a variety of services including
field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance,
digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The
DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and
organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the

majority.Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all
positions are subject to separation at the end of the election
cycle.Position Summary: The Regional Finance Teams are responsible
for the fundraising operations in their assigned region. The
Regional Finance Director will be responsible for the overall
creation and execution of the 2026 cycle fundraising plan for their
region and will work closely with consultants to execute that plan.
In addition to working with consultants, this position will manage
any regional support staff, including a deputy regional
director.Responsibilities:
- Leads the day-to-day fundraising operation for their region,
including supervision of regional deputy finance director(s) and
regional finance assistant(s);
- Manages all events conducted in their region and works closely
with fundraising consultants;
- Manages relationships, on DCCC's behalf, with Members of
Congress as well as the donor community in their region;
- Creation and execution of the 2026 cycle fundraising plan for
their region;
- Fosters relationships with consultants, ensuring assigned work
meets the committee's goals;
- Prepares donor meeting and event materials as necessary;
- Other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the Finance
team.Requirements
- Two previous cycles of political fundraising experience;
- Occasional travel is required for this position;
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at
once;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to the election of Democrats in the U.S. House of
Representatives;
- Familiarity with Democratic political actors and landscape a
plus;
- Previous scheduling and administrative experience
required;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NGP;
- Proactively fosters an inclusive atmosphere and commitment to
