Conflicts Manager - Law Firm Experience Only!160-180KLiberty Personnel is working with a Top AM Law Firm seeking a Conflicts Director to add to their team.Role:The Conflicts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal conflicts within the law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, with experience in conflict identification and resolution.Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for identifying and managing legal conflicts within the company.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel and senior management, to assess and address potential conflicts.
- Provide guidance and support to the legal team on conflict
resolution strategies.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 10+ years of conflicts experience in a law firm is required.
- 4 years of management experience within a law firm is strongly
