safety and quality minded front line Manufacturing Manager to join
our 737 Wing Manufacturing Team in Renton, Washington.We are
seeking a dynamic and inspiring candidate who possesses exceptional

- Manages employees performing activities in multiple
manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures
and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers
and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches,
products and processes.
- Coaches, develops and motivates employees.This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience improving processes using lean
manufacturing and/or continuous improvement techniques
- 1+ years of experience in leadership either formally or
informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to work any shift assigned, including overtime and
weekendsPreferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- 3+ years of management experience
