OverviewAs our Facility Services Director at Mirabella Seattle, you'll lead our facility services team including our Maintenance, Construction/Renovation, Environmental Services, Security, Grounds, Transportation divisions. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, you'll manage the operating and capital budgets, policy & procedure and emergency preparedness for our community.As a Director at our community, you'll gain access to a network of industry professionals and residents with vast knowledge and experience across many disciplines.   • Voluntary Pet Insurance PlanAbout You:Minimum of 10 years' experience in facility services, building operations, or related field.Minimum 5 years' facility services leadership experience, including budgeting, performance management, discipline, and management of employees.Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility services, construction management, or a related field preferred.Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Building Operation Manager (BOM) preferred.Valid driver's license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS's) Employment Driver Guidelines.Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records, and submit reports.Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to read and understand specifications, plans and drawing.Proficiency in accounting for budgeting purposes.Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards.Knowledge of fire prevention, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems.Customer service, team building, and leadership experience is preferred.Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Join our team today!
