Job Description:
OverviewAs our Facility Services Director at Mirabella Seattle,
you'll lead our facility services team including our Maintenance,
Construction/Renovation, Environmental Services, Security, Grounds,
Transportation divisions. Not only will you be responsible for
keeping our campus operating smoothly, you'll manage the operating
and capital budgets, policy & procedure and emergency preparedness
for our community.As a Director at our community, you'll gain

vast knowledge and experience across many disciplines. Our
residents and employees live and work alongside one another on a

Additional knowledge as the result of a college degree or
certificate in building operations is always a plus!Compensation:
$115,000 - $145,000 / annually DOEWe're in the business of taking
