relationships that lead to closed pursuits and revenue. You are

across a variety of industries and sectors, including education,
maritime, technology, athletics, youth-serving organizations,
professional associations, and more.Your Future Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development
strategy to identify and pursue high-value opportunities for RCG,
aligning with the division's overall growth objectives.
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads through networking,
cold calling, and market research to identify potential new
pursuits and clients.
- Respond and qualify inbound leads and convert them to new
opportunities and sales.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with key
decision-makers at prospective clients, building trust and
credibility to close complex deals.
- Participate and lead negotiations with senior-level executives,
skillfully navigating complex contract terms and pricing structures
to secure profitable business.
- Identify new RFP/RFI opportunities and develop corresponding
client solutions and proposals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify
new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies
accordingly.
- Lead and collaborate with RAINN Consulting Group team members
on developing and responding to business development
opportunities.
- Attract, build, and mentor talent, to ensure team members
foster collaboration and psychological safety while continuously
driving innovation.
- Participate in the leadership of RAINN Consulting Group,
including through thought leadership, identification of business
risks and opportunities, coaching team members, and advising on the
direction of the division.Experience & QualificationsIdeally,
you'll have:
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, law, or a related
field.
- A deep commitment to RAINN's mission of eradicating sexual
violence.
- Extensive network of contacts in a variety of industries and
ability to leverage relationships to generate new leads.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets consistently,
particularly in complex and challenging sales environments.
- Experience developing and presenting solutions to client
needs.
- Experience leading RFP/RFI pursuit teams.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, negotiation,
client-facing and client relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to
effectively present complex solutions and build rapport with senior
executives.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities,
develop targeted sales strategies, and assess competitive
landscapes.
- Ten or more years of relevant professional experience, with a
proven record of outstanding performance.
- Proficiency in designing and developing high-quality client
deliverables, leveraging tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word,
Excel).
- Proficiency in working in CRM tools, preferably

TravelThis is a fully remote position but does require a
willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and
