Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Operations, Complaints,
Appeals & Grievances.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complaints, appeals, and grievances program, ensuring
compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Lead and manage a team, developing performance metrics and
supporting skill development
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HealthCare
Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complaints, appeals, and
grievances or compliance management
At least 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare or
insurance setting
Proven track record of managing complex processes in a regulated
environment
In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations related to
complaints, appeals, and grievances
