responsible for the safety and security of employees, guests, and
assets. The security manager must consistently act with integrity,
humanity, and respect.Qualifications:To perform this job

- Significant experience with latest loss trends (e.g., identity
and payment fraud, etc.) and industry-leading policies, processes,
and procedures to proactively mitigate losses across a wide range
of loss scenarios.
- Good understanding of best in class store protection/hardening,
inventory control, surveillance.EducationBachelor's degree in an
area relevant to the loss prevention field preferred or 3 years of
related work experience in asset protection/loss prevention focused
on luxury hospitality environment in a leadership role; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be CPR and
AED certified.Related Work Experience3 years of experience in asset
protection/loss prevention focused on luxury hospitality
environment in a leadership role.Physical AbilityAbility to walk
and stand for long periods of time, up to ten (10) hours. Ability
to climb stairs/ Ability to carry up to forty (40) pounds. Ability
to sit, type, and use a computer screen for long periods required.

- Promptly manages any security concerns and assists the Manager
on Duty on the overnight operations.
- Collaborates with internal shareholders to identify potential
security breaches and risks, as well as manage risks.
- Proactively identifies and reports on exposure to loss of
company assets and works with the Director of Loss Prevention to
minimize risk.
- Ensure financial and operating objectives of loss prevention
projects and operations are being met.
- Supports the development and implementation of industry-leading
loss prevention training and investigations capabilities to all
associates.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to create a culture
of risk prevention with quarterly drills, evaluation of emergency
procedures, and trainings.
- Conducts hazard and risk assessments at the property to include
quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and the hazard
abatement process.
- The overnight security manager collaborates with law
enforcement as necessary.
- Complies with applicable federal, state, and local law and
safety regulations.
- Liaises between the Hotel and domestic/foreign protective
agencies as well as individual security details as needed.
- Trains, mentors, coaches, and counsels all prevention
