seeking a highly skilled FCC Compliance Program Manager to join our
Test & Evaluation (T&E) Team. This role will be responsible for
ensuring that all test programs, equipment, and operations comply
with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, as well
as other applicable regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in regulatory compliance, spectrum
management, RF testing, and program management, with the ability to
collaborate across teams to support product development, testing,
and certification efforts. You will work closely with the program
leadership, legal and a wide spectrum of cross-departments you will
lead and support efforts focused on enabling the team to move fast
and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for
executing, and managing all FCC compliance efforts for the Test &
Evaluation team.The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works
across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well
as all sub-surface, surface, airborne operation and test range
management. Our team conducts full system level development
testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component
qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test,

this a fantastic opportunity.WHAT YOU'LL DOFCC Compliance &
Regulatory Oversight:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCC, NTIA, and international
spectrum regulations relevant to our operations.
- Act as the primary liaison with the FCC, NTIA, FAA, and other
regulatory bodies for licensing, waivers, and approvals.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for RF
and spectrum-related activities.
- Ensure all test and evaluation activities comply with FCC
regulations, as applicable.Test & Evaluation Support:
- Work closely with RF engineers, test personnel, and
certification teams to ensure all test setups, procedures, and
results meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee spectrum coordination and licensing for test
activities, including Special Temporary Authority (STA) and
Experimental Licenses.
- Provide guidance on test plan development, ensuring compliance
with federal and international standards.Program & Stakeholder
Management:
- Develop and maintain a compliance risk management strategy for
the T&E team.
- Coordinate with legal compliance, engineering, operations, and
product development teams to address compliance risks early in the
development cycle.
- Prepare and present compliance reports, regulatory filings, and
certification documentation.
- Track and interpret regulatory changes, providing updates and
strategic recommendations to leadership.Training & Internal
Compliance Audits:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to FCC and spectrum
policies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for engineers, program
managers, and technical staff on FCC compliance best
practices.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications,
Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FCC compliance, regulatory affairs,
or spectrum management.
- Strong knowledge of FCC rules, spectrum allocation, and RF
equipment certification processes.
- Experience managing FCC licensing applications, including STAs
and experimental licenses.
- Familiarity with RF test methodologies, EMI/EMC testing, and
wireless technology standards (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, satellite, aviation
comms).
- Ability to analyze technical test data and regulatory filings
to ensure compliance.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading
cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with
regulators, engineers, and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing and executing compliance
programs and interfacing with regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management
skills.
- Must have strong communication (written and verbal) and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct
authority.
- Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly;
apply them accurately; organize, schedule, and coordinate work
phases; and, determine the appropriate approach at the task level
or, with assistance, at the project level to provide solutions to a
range of complex problems.
- Strong computer and documentation experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to
perform complex tasks.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Able to work extended hours as required.
- Bias for action - if you see a problem, you want to solve and
fix it.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret-Level security
clearance.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certified as a Certified Wireless Specialist (CWS) or Certified
Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA).
- Experience working with aviation, defense, or space systems
that require FCC compliance.
- Previous experience engaging with NTIA, FAA, ITU, or foreign
regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of software-defined radios (SDRs), radar systems, and
satellite communications.US Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide
range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work
experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are
included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered
