Responsibilities
The George Washington University Hospital (GW Hospital) continues

received the American College of Cardiology's National
Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) Chest Pain - Myocardial
Infarction (MI) Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for

Comprehensive Stroke Center. - -POSITION SUMMARYProvides
leadership, management and direction to continually improve and
provide development opportunities for all professions - -within the
George Washington University Hospital. Provides leadership and
direction to improve the GWUH Service Excellence Standards. The
Director develops, maintains and refines educational and
consultative programs that support consistent, evidenced-based,
outcome-focused, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate
care for patients across all clinical and non-clinical areas. This
position has accountability for developing and sustaining a culture
of excellence and the components of the Magnet Recognition Program
- in all areas within the George Washington University Hospital. -
This position will help develop and write the application for the
Magnet Recognition Program -, while considering all the standards
