We leverage technology, tools, and industry best practices through our experienced personnel to create cross-functional results and navigate the complex and high-risk areas for our clients' projects and programs.Job Summary:The role of the Program Manager will provide services support and assist with the development and execution of program strategies that support and advance the maturity and adoption of category management (CM) government wide. Employ a collaborative and iterative methodology for developing deliverables and problem solving to support the customer's goal of achieving a consistent and comprehensive government-wide CM strategy.NOTE: This position is contingent upon an anticipated contract award; work to be performed at contractor's site (remote).Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with leadership to establish strategic priorities and guide the translation of priorities to operational plans.
  • A full understanding of agency perspective and operations of category management, and the government-wide strategic goals to advance category management across the executive branch.
  • Demonstrate experience aiding GSA (or similar federal experience) in the development of a strategy for category management-related policy rollout within the past 3 years.
  • Experience analyzing & improving government-wide spend data within the past 3 years; and supporting agencies in implementation of category management, including implementing opportunities to increase BIC and SUM within the past 3 years; and experience supporting the development government-wide category strategies.Education/Certifications:
    • Must have a Public Trust Clearance.Required Qualifications:
      • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Federal strategic sourcing and/or Category Management efforts.
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a government-wide cross agency program.
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting category management.
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting category management implementations at both civilian and defense agencies.
      • Demonstrated experience aiding GSA (or similar federal experience) in the development of a strategy for category management-related policy rollout within the last three years.
      • Demonstrated experience analyzing and improving government-wide spend data within the past 3 years.
      • Demonstrated experience supporting agencies in implementation of category management, including implementing opportunities to increase BIC and SUM within the past 3 years.
      • Demonstrated experience supporting the development of government-wide category strategies.
      • Must have a Public Trust Clearance.
      • Must be a US Citizen.
