As a Change Management Specialist, you'll lead a team and assess how alterations will impact business processes and design while developing change strategies and implementation plans that achieve expected results and outcomes.   • 10+ years of experience developing and implementing change management strategies, processes, and tools supporting change adoption to bridge the gaps that enable people, process, and technical solutions.
  • Experience leading and managing large-scale organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development.
  • Experience applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational structure, workforce, process, or technical solutions.
  • Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci and models such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, or Agile.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change activities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in an organization and with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree.Nice If You Have:
  • Experience implementing change management solutions for Department of Defense organizations at scale.
  • Experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients.
  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists.
  • TS / SCI clearance.
  • Doctorate degree.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
