The MSL/CML Director is responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current health care compliance and regulatory guidelines.Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL team
  • Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOL/HCP interactions
  • Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOL/HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategy
  • Oversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals and objectivesMinimum Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • 3+ years of MSL Leadership experience
    • Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives
    • Excellent presentation and communication skillsDesired Requirements:
