helping them to improve patient outcomes.The MSL/CML Director is
responsible for leading a MSL/CML team in providing scientific,
research, and educational support to health care professionals and
other key stakeholders. The MSL/CML Director is responsible for
providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current
health care compliance and regulatory
guidelines.Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL team
- Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer,
and performance related to KOL/HCP interactions
- Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the
team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOL/HCP scientific
profiling and engagement strategy
- Oversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress
coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning,
special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals
and objectivesMinimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of MSL Leadership experience
- Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives
- Excellent presentation and communication skillsDesired
