Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs, providing strategic advice, and ensuring satisfaction with services offered.
• Deal Origination and Execution: Leading the identification, structuring, and execution of financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other advisory services.
• Team Leadership and Development: Overseeing and mentoring junior bankers and analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring that team members develop the skills necessary for their career advancement.Investment Banking Managing Director should have the following qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Investment Banking experience within the Technology, Digital Media, or Software space.
  • MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Business related fields, or Economics.
  • Extensive sell side M&A experience.
